The stripes on the hood of the mini Cooper were (a)not recognized that they were not installed and (b) they were misplaced for installation after it was recognized that they did not complete the job to install the stripes.

Poor communication from office. I had to call insurance company for them to get an update as every time we called it went direct to call center. After insurance company got them, I cot a call in less than 30 minutes that my car was ready. Should never be that hard to get information or status update!

The actual repair job was done at a pretty good level. I also think that if Mr Chad had accompanied the job until the end I would have had a much better experience.

Mr Chad was great, always on top of the situation. Provided very accurate reports on the repairs. Unfortunately he went on vacation by the end of the process. His replacement wasn't the most aware person of the progress. I even got a call saying the car was ready, 30 min later I'm returning my rental vehicle and she calls me back saying the suspension wasn't assembled yet. This type of inaccurate information was a constant with this lady. She also forgot to tell me I could leave my rental car at caliber, so I payed an additional day on my rental vehicle. Miss Kim needs additional training to perform this job.

My car was fixed in a timely manner and looked as if it were brand new. When I called ,the lady at the desk was polite, friendly and told /explained to me that I needed to know. Mr. Chad IS THE BEST.!!! He is also friendly,, polite, and is clear in explaining info to you. I will recommend Caliber Collision anytime!!!!
