I really love the communication that was provided while my car was in your possession. Everyone at Caliber Collision made sure of whomever it was that was keeping in Communications with me make sure I knew where my car was in every step of the process. This includes when I needed to contact Caliber Collision because the rental that I was in was due back and I would have been without transportation so you guys helped me in making sure that I still had Transportation while I was having my car completed with your company. You guys are awesome and amazing and I will definitely be giving referrals to anyone and everyone I know to bring their vehicles to you.

I was nervous about bringing my truck here after a wreck because I was unsure about the customer service and quality of work i would receive with a "chain" company, but the entire team went above and beyond to help me, including assisting with the rental company, making sure my replacement tail lights were perfect, thoroughly communicating with me during every step of the process, etc. Best customer service I've received in a very long time. I can't say enough wonderful things about this team! Will definitely recommend to friends & family! Thank you all again for getting my baby back on the road & for being so kind!💚

Personnel was great. One thing I din’t like was when I picked up my car had other scratches, broken windshield , the following day after picking up my car I had a dead battery.
