I would have given a 10 except I never got an explanation for why it cost so much to repair just a passenger side window and three inches of trim!

The exterior upon cursory inspection looked excellent but when I attempted to lock my vehicle with the driver side handle button, it failed to lock. I have not driven it since I moved it from the outside parking where Caliber parked it, to my private assigned space.

Everyone I talked with at Caliber Collision was very nice and cordial, and I would recommend them but I’m still waiting on an explanation of why a smashed window and small trim cost over $4,000 to repair!

Best service anyone could ask for. Ask for joe he’s super helpful and great with communication, always ready to answer any questions that I may have had. I was never left wondering what steps my truck was in! I was sent texts and phone calls through the whole process! Great team they have and super professional!!
