I had never used Caliber Collision before. Honestly, I had never heard of them. I am lucky to have had this collision, their insurance uses Caliber. Wow, was I surprised at the courteous employees& their kind and caring ways. I was totally informed about my progress, and what was happening daily. The process was painless and they walked me through every step. They were professionals in every way. All my questions were answered, and my fears subdued. My "Lucille" couldn't have been in better hands. It looks great and no more boo boos! Hope I never need a body shop again, but if I do I'll use Caliber !

Luckily,I haven't needed a collision repair in a very long time. When this happened I had never even heard of Caliber Collision. I would quickly recommend them to anyone who needed accident repairs. They were kind, considerate and very professional.

I like that i was informed ever step of the way through txt message or a phone call about the progress of my vehicle repairs. Ths staff was polite and excellent at explaining everything. This was a pleasant experience and i would definitely come back.

They did repair the damage, but, the damage was on the front end and there was discussion around cleaning the haze on the headlights. That did not happen and now the car looks all nice and clean with heavily oxidized headlights. I think they could have done those while they had the car in the shop.

Was told that the 'back' would be asked to clean the headlight lenses when they cleaned the car. I have the *definite* impression that this did not happen. When I remarked on that during pick-up, I was told that they wouldn't be able to do it because it did take some time to do that. I know for a fact that it doesn't. A little compound, a buffer, and in minutes you are done. And then maybe a little time to wait for sealer to dry if applied. I do not appreciate that sort of treatment.
