I was impressed in every way. Communication at every step in the process was superb! Yeah, Scott! I especially appreciated the updates as the job was progressing. The car looks as good as new once again. This was my first body shop experience after 50 years of driving. While I hope it's a once and only experience, I know where my car will be taken if needed in the future. Great job, Caliber!
