Your work, communication and service is very professional, detailed and up to date. If possible a word to the lady whose insurance paid for the work would be appreciated. She could have ignored the damage and just drove away. She left a detailed message on a paper note and when I came back to my car while she was still there, gave me everything I needed for the repairs.
