The only hiccup I’m having is because the hood was worked on, when I take a hard right turn or leave the car locked for a couple hours the alarm goes off due to a hood latch sensor issue. Bodyshop told me to take it to a dealership first, which I will do.

I was lied to and had to pay out of my pocket to get an item fixed that was missed by your service technicians. I was also told that my rental would be picked up because of a delay in getting my car done. I am still waiting for that to happen. I will be calling my State Farm agent to recommend that your shop in State College no longer be a select service provider.

I can always count on Caliber Collision to give me the most comprehensive care from beginning to end. I drove over wet line paint. I addressed my concerns. Tony thoroughly did a walk-around the vehicle finding the areas of concern, and welcoming any questions. He informed me of what would be done and was would be replaced. He gave me updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays and for me that is awesome! When I got my car back, it did not have any odors and was clean and beautiful! Everywhere the white paint was, it was gone! They even put down a nice paper on the driver's side floor mat. Very happy with my car service. I highly recommend Caliber Collision. You will not be disappointed.
