I previously had a repair done when the company was GW and everything was great. I have a vinyl wrap on my car and GW coordinated the vinyl to be completed. Now Caliber owns the company and doesn't have State College Vinyl as a vendor plus I have to wait for the water based paint to cure for 60-90 days before I can get the wrap completed. So in the interim I have to drive around a two colored car vs receiving a completed product back. Tony was great throughout the process! He stayed on top of things, consistently updated me on the status/timeline and explained why I was picking up a car that's incomplete. He also thoroughly explained what I will need to do to complete my claim with the vinyl and insurance companies.

The repair in general is pretty good. The door was repaired like brand new and I love it. The car drives without any problem and so far very reliable. Thanks for the good work. One thing I want to point out is that my USB cable left in car was smashed to be not usable, and my seats (all front and rear) seems had liquid droppede onto it. The interior side of driver's door also has blue paint or some liquid dried up there and hard to remove.

I don't think I've met a friendlier group of employees, literally anywhere. You can tell they care about you and your property. Everything went smoothly but I'm sure if there were any issues I'm sure they would be the first ones to remedy the problem. Would recommend to anybody.
