The staff was professional however the original estimate took more than a week my vehicle was drivable however set waiting on an estimate while I rented a vehicle 4 days unnecessary ly. The original estimate was 3,000 went to 6,000 and ended at 8,000 for 2 dents in the tailgate if a 2017 expedition! Never use again! Sorry but a terrible experience.

I was originally quoted 01/03, I got my car 01/21. The miscommunication was the most frustrating regarding the repair process. As of right now, the car seems to be back to normal! Still very unlikely for me to return due to miscommunication.
