From the moment I dropped my vehicle the staff at state college were rude and condescending. No one once told me what was going on with my vehicle or how the process works. After they dismantled my vehicle they said they should never had accepted my BMW at Caliber because they were not capable of fixing it. They also lied on multiple occasions, stating that my car did not need to go to BMW to have some of the work done but then arranged to have it taken to BMW without even informing me of that happening. I will never recommend Caliber of State College and as a matter of fact I have had 2 people ask me and already cancel there appointments they had with Caliber because of how bad my experience was. I will continue to inform people if the poor service that I received. I have also spoke with USAA about having Caliber removed from their list of recommended body shop's.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and I am happy with the work that was done to my car. I also appreciated the flexibility with getting my vehicle into the shop. I would recommend them to anyone that needed work on their car.
