Not very professional go there to pick my car up. My trunk is not aligned properly. They don’t have the clips in the bumper the proper way I mean this is unacceptable and then the guy stands and goes. Oh that’s how it is. No, that’s not how it is the car supposed to be given back to me the way it was with everything tight. I would never recommend them or ever have another car fixed there.

My car was in an accident. I go to pick my car up. They tell me it’s ready while I go there. It was trunk damage and bumper damage so they had to replace the trunk I get there. The trunk isn’t even put on properly. It’s got gaps on it then the bumper is all loose and then the man decides to tell me that’s the way it’s supposed to be that’s a Honda for you now that is unacceptable so I refuse to take my car until they fixed it properly and then one side. The paint didn’t match like it did on the other side so I would never recommend them to do bodywork or fix anyone’s car. Very disappointed when you tell me my car is ready and it’s not.
