We love the positive environment at Caliber Collision. Each person we spoke with was upbeat, friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Communication was clear and proactive throughout the time our vehicle was worked on. We were pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of our vehicle, both inside and out upon pickup. Work was done well, staff was informed and great at communicating, coordination of service was top shelf. My only issue was the amount of time it took to get my vehicle back. I realize most of the delays were due to parts availability and delays from subcontractors. I will be recommending this Caliber team to any of my acquaintances that find themselves in need of body shop repairs. Thank you Dorothy, Matt and all of your fine technicians.
