Have just driven car home, about 9 miles, but since it has not been run a lot since in the shop seems to run well and efficient utilization of gas has continue to be good. Repairs look great. Car was cleaned and washed and looked great. This 10 yr old going on 11 yr car looks great with no signs of having been in a collision with a much larger vehicle. Communication with Rob was great.

I just can’t say enough good things about my experience with Caliber Sturgeon Bay. Mary and Bob were compassionate (I was a little shaken by hitting two deer in one week) and friendly. Bob was great in explaining what needed to be done and the process. Caliber’s relationship with Enterprise (Enterprise brought a wonderful small SUV up to Sturgeon Bay for us to use during repairs) was just tremendously helpful. The work was done more than promptly and the results are perfect. Also appreciated Caliber working so well with Auto Owners, our insurance company. Very much enjoyed meeting Matt (who is terrific) late in the process. I’m very grateful for all of this. Thank you so very much.
