Stacy was really helpful with the two vehicles I brought in to be repaired. I did not like have any recourse when my insurance agency asked me to pay 2 deductibles on one vehicle AFTER repairs were finished prior to my insurance company requiring a repetitive deductible. The payment of a deductible twice essentially had to be made because repairs had been completed. I did not have ample time receive quotes on a repair because my deductibles were not clearly quantified prior to the repairs occurring. As a result, I overpaid for the replacement of my windshield (by ~$250.00).

I mean they fixed it. As expected. But over charged my car insurance by like 3k. It’s insulting that these people really think some of us don’t know when we are being taken advantage of. They fixed all these other things that I didn’t ask to get fixed nor really needed to be fixed. My car was always running fine. I only wanted my bumper replaced. Most businesses lack integrity now days.
