The girls at the reception desk were very professional and polite. I was given several courtesy calls and texts about the car periodically and the repair was excellent and on a scheduled time to pick it up.

Overall, the shop did a good job and did get the vehicle back to me in a timely manner.

The work wasn’t complete when I went to pick up the car. When I went back in and asked about it the person’s attitude changed and I did not appreciate feeling like I was in the wrong for wanting it to be taken care of especially when I was already charged and told it was complete. In the end the work was finally done but I did have to take extra time off from work to go back and get my car.

After the fact, I did get a call apologizing for missing part of the work and most of the staff I spoke with were friendly.
