Even though the dent is a setback, Caliber still took responsibility over the damage and that shows a lot of integrity to the customers

It would’ve been a full 10 all around but the team that repaired my initial damages ended up leaving a big dent on the right side of my car. I don’t have the time or money to keep dropping my car off for repairs. Especially when it’s far from where I live. Everything else was great though. Just that I have a lot to do before the holidays and it sets me back when I have to pay people gas for rides to work and pick up the car.
