The collision damage on the rear end was not fixed. There was still a crack and dent clearly visible on the lift gate and the inner panel had clear and observable damage that wasn’t repaired. Now we are without the vehicle even longer because those were missed. The repairs that were done to the front end and rear quarter panel were well done when we inspected it
