The only complaint I have is they need to call when they say they will call with updates. I don't like feeling like I'm a bother. Just keep the customer informed on the progress of the vehicle.

I was very disappointed with the bad communication. It took me calling 4 times after being told every time I would be called back and never getting a call back to get an update on my car after a week and a half of being in the shop. I had to call every time for an update, I was never given one unless I made the call.

I chose this shop to go to solely based on the outstanding reviews. I will not recommend someone to take their car here and get treated the same way I was. Even after having to take my car back a second time to be repaired, I never got an apology or anything.

The repair looks great, although I had to take the car back in 3 days after getting it back because I couldn’t open or lock my back door from the inside.
