Whoever put the bedside on didn't even line it up correctly with the cab of the truck, it doesn't sit flush with the tailgate like it should its raised up, the gap between it and the bumper is way bigger on the passenger side compared to the driver side. And some how it took 1 1/2 months to get 1 tire and a bed cover when both were obviously bad from day 1. They cut my safety chain latches for the gooseneck hitch and didnt replace them. Also didnt say when they would be their like they did with the tire and bed cover for me to come in and get them

Took forever kept moving my pickup day and couldnt do the job right the first time and couldnt even order all the parts I had to bring it back for them to fix it and finish it and they didnt even fix it all when I brought it back

The bedside you guys replaced still doesnt line up with the cab even after I brought it back and you guys "adjusted" it all you did is say you did. The tailgate and bumper were actually fixed after I brought it back

Pieces of paper were left down beside the motor. I’m glad it didn’t catch on fire. Also, I wasn’t given a very good notice of when my vehicle would be ready. I was told 7/10 and it was ready 7/7. I appreciate it getting done sooner, except the technician closed the job out before calling me. I work a lot of hours and I can’t make arrangements to have a rental car back on such short notice. I ended up taking the rental car back the day after and it cost me more in rental fees that were unnecessary. A little more communication would’ve gone a long way with me.
