I had what I thought was a minor collision repair that took over 30 days. Week four I called multiple times and was told numerous times my vehicle should be ready in 24-48 hrs. I had to push back the start of my vacation by a day because my car still took days. In the end Kevin was accommodating and actually stayed on top of getting my vehicle back but this was due to constant calls from us on the need. Rental was expiring and car was needed.
