I was disappointed. I don’t believe the quality standard of the repair was where it should have been - there are a number of punch list items that need to be adjusted and some items replaced. I had to ask the car jack, tire tools and other items that were not in the car. There were large tape marks/glue in multiple places.

Many areas (trunk, lights, fixtures) either don’t align or are protruding, there is paint work that is sloppy and almost looks like it’s been touched up by hand. Areas that were supposed to be fixed with new parts have scratches and chips and are clearly used or damaged during assembly. There are interior pieces that were not completed and now I have to take time off work and drive half an hour to have things installed - told it will take minutes - which I don’t believe .. so either way it will be a 1-2hr round trip plus out of my day to complete repairs and have these punch list items repaired. To top it off when I pick up the car there are tape glue marks all over it and all my personal items I was unable to retrieve because the accident caused the trunk to be inoperable - were missing .. not the least of which was the jack and tools ?! This is just some of it.

Caliber Collision is just amazing, their customer attention was more than perfect, everyone in there so nice, warm people and really care about every detail I needed. The painting work is extremely good, definitely more than I expected, George Bielsa the service advisor explained to me absolutely every detail so clear and gave me the best experience in customer care, they also clean my car and gave it to me glowing, super satisfying experience.

Although I never personally got to meet the team because of my working hours, I was told everyone in the shop was so pleasant and that the service was excellent. I was very satisfied with the state my car was I received it. I'd be happy to recommend this place to others for a job well done
