I had a great experience CALIBER COLLISION body shop at Rout 22 Union NJ. The whole team was professional and did an excellent job repairing my car, it looks brand new again. A special thanks to Mr. Jared Ponce Osorion ( Service Advisor ) for going above and beyond. They kept me informed throughout the process, answered all my questions, and made everything smooth and stress free.

The entire experience was easy and seamless. The team at Caliber Collision was so nice, accommodating and informative. The communication was great throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone. Hopefully I won’t NEED body work in the future but if I do I will definitely use them.

Superb customer service. From the intake process, explaining what was to be done, the actual process, to the multiple status updates via text, to the pick up. Front desk and adjusters are pleasant, serviced oriented, very knowledgeable and hands on. Much appreciated!! And car looks great.
