The experience was great. However my rear tail light was cracked during the repair. I did not notice until I left the shop. I called the office and the representative handled the issue quickly. The part is being ordered and I will be called when it arrives.

Bielsa is the man ! That guy is a gentleman and a scholar. He explained all the process at my arrival and also , when I picked up the car he went thru everything they've done. Also Alex at the front desk was very welcoming and cool ! Theres another guy cant remember his name but he's from portugal (or they parents are) who tried to help me even if the store.was closed when I got there. Overall great experience ! I'm very happy Caliber hires immigrants with different backgrounds, it makes the shop look like this country looks : A melting pot with the most qualified people from all over the world ! Thank you !
