The Caliber Collision Center (Union, Rt22), did an awesome job on my car repair. George Bielsa gave us personalized attention and provided an explanation of all that the center did to not just repair but care for our car. He returned our car repaired and detailed to perfection! This is our second time using this shop and we will bring our cars here in the future (hopefully not the near future - LOL). We will also refer others. 10/10 service

I would like to take the time out to give Jared Ponce Osornio Axel Sanchez Kudos for an outstanding customer care From the time that I walked into caliber, I was greeted with a smile, offered coffee or tea. It was cold on that particular day offered to stay inside and wait while the vehicle damages were be accessed From the beginning to the end, they exuded the same demeanor and how they handled customer care, taking the worry out through the entire process. It was a pleasure. Please extend a huge thanks of gratitude for a job well done. Definitely front line example of what caliber collusion as a company stand for. Highly recommend

The repairs we expertly done. My car looks great. I came back to me completely clean, and fully detailed. The communcation from Caliber was excellent. My only complaint is that it took longer than I was originally quoted. And not by a little bit. It took an extra week. The holidays played a part, but it would have been nice to have gotten a more accurate timeline from the shop.

On the back door there's a connection that's loose. Also, I was hoping I could have gotten the roof wrap fived while it was in the shop since some wrap work was done on the vehicle. In addition, I found it difficult getting through to the shop to find out how things were going with the repairs and such. When I spoke to someone, the conversation was professional and courteous so that's not an issue with your support.

The whole team was professional and courteous. George took the time to explain everything in detail and the quality of the work was great. I would recommend other people to go there if the have any problems with their car and I’ll definitely will be back if God forbidden I have any other problem.

My expectations were exceeded, and I have nothing but positive things to say. I was helped on two separate occasions now but the same estimator, George Bielsa, has been consistently attentive to my needs and concerns, and did an excellent job explaining everything that was done to my vehicle, in a way that I was able to easily understand him without getting lost in the technical details. I would highly recommend him and his Caliber Collisions Location to anybody that I know who needs a trustworthy auto body repair shop, and I will absolutely be telling anyone who will listen. If I was able to give a rating on George's performance as my estimator, I would be rating more than 10 points out of 10, because I didn't think that the auto body repair process and experience could be so easy and speedy, in my inexperienced opinion. I was faced with dread when I needed to have my vehicle repaired, so when Caliber Collisions saved me twice in the same way, I knew that I had found somewhere to return to.
