The process was seamless. Everything was thoroughly explained so I knew exactly what to expect I appreciated the daily updates. The offer for transportation if needed was wonderful. I love how well they work with Geico and Enterprise so I didn’t have to worry about anything or go multiple places. The car was not clean on the inside when it was dropped off however it was spotless when it was returned to us and smelled good as well. That was a VERY nice touch. The entire crew were very friendly. I would definitely recommend your shop to friends and family.

Regardless of the dirty car, they are extremely professional and communicate well. They even got my car back to me in 1 day and saved me $100 on my rental because of that. So really not upset that the car wasn’t spotless. I’d rather have the extra $100 so I can go get it detailed and waxed

David was knowledgeable and honest. He knew the company’s capability and didn’t over or under sell himself or the company. Everything he said he was gonna do he did. It’s hard to find companies these days that are honest and perform their plan accordingly. He kept me updated every other day so I didn’t feel overwhelmed with BS messages. He said it would take 6 days and it took 6 days 👍

Caliber did an awesome job repainting most of my car. The new paint blends perfectly and looks great. They also did a great job replacing mouldings around the windshield and back window. Highly recommended.
