My Experience

While the work was completed quickly, there are a few noticeable issues. 1. The drivers door has a poor/faded vertical paint discoloration most noticeable in direct sunlight. I spoke to the representatives at the time of pick up and they noted the defect, but said I may have to return the car to Vincennes where it was worked on. This will like cause additional significant lost time /use of the vehicle. 2. After driving a little bit, a very noticeable vibration and audible noise is present on the driver side wheel/floor board area as the vehicle approaches 60 mph and then becomes less noticeable after 70 mph. Since the steering wheel was askew as part of the accident, the vibration and noise was not present prior to the accident. A more thorough inspection of the driver side wheel, suspension, drive shafts, was not recorded on the notes as part of the work completed. So Caliber would need to repeat/rework repairs to resolve the issues and would need alternate transportation from lost use of the vehicle. Then I would be able to provide satisfied service feedback.

I ran into a deer. Broke a headlight and grille, and bent some brackets. The dude who worked on it saw me visiting it in the yard, and came out to inform me of its progress. The boss guy from Washington was very friendly and helpful. Estimated time was 11 days, they got it done in 4. They were very helpful in negotiating with the insurance company and the rental car place. Top quality, professional work.

The staff are very friendly and professional! However, my driver side window had to be replaced and tinted and the tinting is spotty and streaked and will need replaced. My read taillight was scuffed during the accident and it was not fixed/replaced and my front visors were installed incorrectly. Driver side was installed on passenger side and vice versa. I am confident they will correct the issues it is just very inconvenient that it was not done correctly the first time as I did travel to go to this shop since it was a preferred State Farm shop.
