I was told upon pick up, I needed a new battery because the car would be dead every time they moved it. Would have been nice to know that before pickup. There was an oily overspray(?) All over the car. Had to take through carwash before I could drive very far. Office personnel were nice and communicated well. I believe they didn't know about the 2 issues
