They were professional from the start. Answered all the questions I had before they started the work and kept me updated on all the repairs that were going on. They estimated a time that my car would be done, but got it done earlier. Was well pleased with the work that was done.

I went with caliber for two reasons. They used to be Rex Body Shop before turning into Caliber and I had used Rex in the past and thats why I went back. Caliber was also close to home so the convenience was the next reason. As for recommendations I would state the pros and cons of my experience and let the other party make their own decision.

The PDR came out great and I can't tell the car was in a hail storm which is great and the color match looks good. However the clear coat on the passenger side A pillar going all the way up the top the car to the back looks speckled. Not noticeable until up close but still noticeable. The hood got some paint work as well and I haven't been able to spot any imperfections on the clear coat. There is also some damage to an interior panel that was removed to allow the headliner to come down. Driver side A pillar interior panel. Looks like whoever took it out got a little too excited with the pry tool. I haven't looked in the back to see if there is more damage to other interior panels.
