Everyone was helpful. The ladies that was answering the phone I believe her name started with a “K”. I believe the mechanic name was Caleb he was very helpful as well. I called a few times while my car was there. There was even another mechanic that gave information to the mechanic I was talking to (Caleb I think). And the entire process was great I was satisfied with everything. I usually don’t do surveys but you guys definitely deserved this. I appreciate the service and the constant feedback thank you so much. And what you guys did for me.

Travelers in the body shop did not talk. My windshield was cracked and should’ve been fixed when I went to go pick up my vehicle. It was not fixed and now I have to wait and I have that done and not have my car. I was not impressed by either the body shop nor my insurance company.

There were some issues that the insurance company did not pay for. No paint on the inside of the fender. The engine side of the hood was not clear coated. The parts that were removed had paint the hood was clear coated. I'm 100% satisfied withe the rest of the repair. Ask my again after the insurance fixes this issue. The repair does not match the OEM configuration. The experience has been perfect otherwise
