Slight delay in getting vehicle back. Was originally promised October 4 or 5, then October 8. Work was completed on October 9. Still about a week to complete and was done quickly compared to computer generated estimated time. Each delay was thoroughly explained and did not negatively impact me other than a minor inconvenience. Overall great job and unexpected delays due to parts are completely understandable. Thanks for keeping me updated and for the quality work

The receptionist was not too friendly. She was very dry. She gave a a look when I asked I wanted to see my vehicle before making my final payment. She could work some on her people skills. Other than that I had no issues with customer serivce.
