I gave you a 7 based on the fact that this was insurance work, for an accident where the other party was at fault. The quality of your work was excellent, but since it was insurance and yiu were the shop my insurance recommended, I didnt care about cost. As such, I dont feel I have the full picture. Based on quality alone, I would have given you a 9.
