This shop’s customer service is excellent! they answered all my questions and listened to all my boring stories. I appreciate how patient and kind jenny at the front desk was and the young man that is the gm took me out and showed me everything on my car being very thorough. theres is nothing they could have done better!!! i appreciate the staff there at warsaw caliber!!

The paint and repair looks good on the hood. Doesnt look like the frame horn was replaced like i was told it was. Came to pick up truck and found some issues that they kept the truck and fixed but then found it to be low on powersteering fluid, transmissin fluid, and was missing the ambient air temp sensor. I needed my truck back since i use it as a daily so i couldnt afford to leave it for a third time but over all its pretty decent. Thanks for the work

The first impression was actually very good, and I was completely surprised how everything changed after I agreed, and they began the repairs

The first time I went in to pick up the car it was obvious that there was a dent in the top of a used fender that was put on and the orange peel condition of the paint and the noise when you were close the passenger door, and they acted like I should be willing to take the car in the condition it was in was disappointing
