Everyone seemed very nice and were very helpful in answering questions. As I know there are numerous customers who enter your doors on an hourly basis it can probably be difficult to get back to customers in a timely manner. However, I had to call 3-4 times during a 3 day period to get a quote on a portion of my vehicle that needed repairs. In addition, upon picking up my vehicle one of my sensors was not working properly when it did when I first dropped the vehicle off at your shop. Because of this I am not as satisfied as I wish I was. I am sure you all meant well but please ensure to get back to customers ASAP and ensure their vehicles are inspected to ensure everything is working properly prior to having customers pick up their vehicles. Thank you.

Pleased with the whole process. I was kept in the loop as to the status of the repairs. Finished ahead of schedule. pleasantly surprised that my car was washed and the windows inside were cleaned, including all the little handprints of my grandson that we kept intending to take care of.
