Amir Kogan and his team were wonderful. 20 plus stars ✨ to Amir. He was very professional and communicated the whole time throughout the process of replacing my cracked rim. He ordered a new rim from the manufacturer at a lower cost than what the dealer wanted to charge me. So thankful to Amir. Thank you again everyone at the Westlake Village Caliber. Amir lied to us when he told us Mercury Ins would only authorize aftermarket parts - we had another repair shop look at the car and an Mercury agreed to OEM within 24 hours

This was an awful experience and I drove a block away and had to bring my car back to be fixed because nobody tested the parts and confirmed it was working. I still don’t have my car now.
