I had a great experience with Caliber Collision. Katie was my main point of contact, and she was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It was a busy time, and there was a slight delay because my insurance company needed more time to determine coverage, but the team was very understanding and communicated with me every step of the way. They even covered the last two days of my rental, which I really appreciated. After I got my car back, I noticed a couple of issues and brought it back. They fixed everything quickly and without any hassle. Since then, my car has been running great, and I haven’t had any further problems. David, the manager, also stayed in contact with me and made sure everything was taken care of. The communication from both Katie and David was excellent, and they made the whole process much less stressful. Overall, I’m very happy with the service. My car looks great, and I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing repairs.
