It was a fantastic experience. I loved the communication via text and phone call. The front desk lady was very kind and the repair guy was very knowledgeable and kind. It was a seamless experience and I highly recommend. The facility was also nice inside.

The folks! So kind and helpful. Jake made me, a senior citizen, feel safe and protected from being taken advantage of…. And the smell of fresh popped popcorn in the morning! Front office personnel are wonderful. Feeling safe is a high priority for me! Thank you!

Excellent customer service. They keep you informed whether you like it or not. The only thing I could add is they could add photos or videos as they go along. I know that might be kind of a pain, but it would be nice to see.
