Caliber was amazing to work with for being in a situation that no one wants to be in. They restored my car to good as new and are even fixing a part that didn't look just quite right under the hood. They were so amazing at giving updates along the way and the fact that they partnered with Allstate made it so much more easy to get things taken care of. I can't thank their team and Kyle at the Xenia location enough for their updates, and attention to detail and all the work and time they spent on my vehicle. It might be time for a simple update of your waiting room. Simple things like fresh paint, floor tile, dusting. It is the first impression. Other than that everything was great, people, progress updates and final results. :)
