The crew was excellent with the repairs to my car. They got them done in a timely manner, and kept me updated every step of the way. And a huge shout out to Mike, as there was a piece from the accident that I wanted to keep with the car and he saved it for me and made sure everything was perfect before I was on my way! I have had to answer this question incorrectly. We did not actually have our vehicle repaired at Collision because the insurance company decided it was totaled however the few people we did to work with there at caliber or fantastic I would have to give them five stars every single one of them
