My car needed a second repair after the tailgate was not repaired to expectation. Even after the second repair I have continued concerns of paint match as well as verified concerns of decal displacement. I shared this feedback at pickup two days ago and I have yet to hear a call back or any information from leadership. This repair has taken 3 weeks. The secondary repair was quoted an afternoon repair and took a week and a half. This was not an experience I would recommend.

Great work and process. Only one small hiccup. You may want to ensure you are replacing auto emblems in proper places to complete auto repair. My van rear emblem is directly under the rear window which is not where This model has its emblem as OEM.

The overall service was amazing we had to wait on parts from Acura but wasn't the thought of the company or the people there and the unfortunate accident was totally my fault so I take full responsibility for that but my overall experience was absolutely great
