Call on a Wednesday promising the car would be ready on Thursday and for sure on Friday. I called on Friday and could not get anyone to return my call. Called on Monday said they did not have enough staff to finish repairs. I am hoping that the quality of work is going to ok. Customer service could be a lot better.

Same as previous (had to bring it back, then when we got home the door handle fell off). It also took a really long time. The paint looks fantastic, customer service was good but the issues with the seals and the door handle are less adequate.

Employees were really nice but we had to go back because of an issue with the seals in the door and then when we got it back after that time, the second time I went to open my door the entire door handle fell off.
