The whole experience was above 10. Totally top level experience from my entry into the lobby. They had my approval form the insurance company and my packet ready for checking the car damage. The estimated was very professional. They kept me informed through the whole process. They also told me that Enterprises was on their way to pick me up. There professional customer service and workmanship was top level from start to finish.

David and Shelby were great! David did a great job on paint repair job. Pleased to be kept informed thru the whole process. I was pleasantly surprised that even the rental car was taken care of - no extra trips to another site, no arrangements to be made on my part, they took care of everything!

I had been procrastinating taking my truck to get fixed after the accident because I was so bummed out that someone had hit my truck. Then the thought of having to fight with insurance and the body shop for repairs was something I was really not looking forward to. You guys made this process so easy and so stress free. Plus the work looks absolutely amazing. I could not be happier! The time David took going over the whole truck with me and explaining what he was going to do and how was what really sold me. I could actually feel that he cared. I cannot thank you enough for your hard work and service. Thank you all!
