I was comforted by the sweet customer service representative and my car looks good where the work was done, however when I first got in my car I noticed a speaker boxed attached to my door is broken, along with some other scars that I did not leave with my car appeared, along with some trash that was not mine and did not leave in the car. I understand when working on the car it is left in the dirt field where my windows were down and things could have flown in along with dirt etc.but as far as the scars and minor dent and broken speaker I want that to be noticed

The staff at California Auto were GREAT!! Very friendly and took their time to let me know what kind of repairs were needed. Sam (office manager) took care of arranging my car rental and called or texted me about how the repair was coming along. She called me about the delay and explained everything to me.
