The speed at which this repair was completed is understandable and acceptable due to circumstances, but when I took a further look the day after, we realized there was still a bent area on the hood near the windshield. We got it fixed but I'm a little perplexed how the body shop missed that. Other than that everything turned out great

Upon entering the building it took a while to be acknowledged. Then we waited a while as both gentlemen were on the phone. When their phone calls ended they still did not wait on us. They had to be told to wait on us. Other than that service was good.
