The ultimate goal is to always have a satisfied customer! Costumer service was beyond bliss! I felt honestly cared for, respected, and treated as royalty (I feel). In the waiting room, the receptionist catered to me with kindness, treated me to a coffee in the lobby, and had a smile every interaction! The magnificent man that described to me the work that needed done, was direct in communication, professional, with a smile and put my mind to ease. I knew my Lily (Ford escape) was in good hands.
