No one told me I would have to pay 3% on a credit card to get my car back. I was never told this information and I don’t think that that was very fair.

I was very surprised when I reached for my credit card and she told me there would be a 3% charge on that. I was very annoyed because nobody told me that ahead of time. They did not mention that at all when I dropped my car AAA didn’t know about it either I made them aware and I’m not so sure that they will be recommending you in the future

I couldn’t be happier with the work that Canoga Auto Body did on my car. Everyone was friendly, helpful, professional and attentive. They communicated with me the whole time my car was in the shop letting me know how things were progressing and giving me an idea of when work would be completed. This is the second time I’ve had work done at Canoga Auto Body and I highly recommend them.
