I took the car in, pointed out where there were damages on the right side of my car, had the owener walk the car with me and mark the damages and ding on the right door. Left car feeling confident that they will take care of it. Got a call to come and pick it up, upon inspection noticed that the big stuff were taken care of, but the finishing touches were still not done. The car was dirty and there were white stuff in the corner of the lights and the dent in the door was just waxed over. Over all I was very unhappy with the way the owners and staff were more concerned with getting me off the lot rather than doing 10 finishing job to make it complete. They had to send someone to fix the dent left in my door, and agreed to pay for it after initially trying to charge me for the repairs. That is the only reason they got a 7. The 10 minutes the person spent making the car complete would have been worth the investement of not losing a customer. I will never chose Canoga Auto Body for any repairs.
