Great customer experience : unswerving the phone promptly, providing updates on status of repairs through email and on the phone. Team found that my car pick up nail and fix my tire, which is really thoughtful of them. I don't remember names unfortunately , but both times I called the receptionist and estimator ( the person who were doing quality control were very polite and called right back as promised. Car pick up was quick and easy, the same with drop off: the loaner was waiting. Great team work and my car looks like new !
