The team at Capital Dent Masters did an incredible job repairing the minor collision I had on my vehicle. My vehicle looked like it had never been collided into when I received it. I was explained what was done on it and shown the result of that.

Esteban gets a 10+. He went out of his way to resolve the delays and errors caused by a former employee while keeping me informed every step of the way and ensuring top quality of repairs. I am very grateful!! Offering some suggestions for improvement given the opportunity. Overall, the staff have been friendly across the board but might need a bit more structure / training. Some of the staff (not all though!) didn't introduce themselves over the phone and didn't respond to questions over email after sending quotes and such via email. Made it hard to understand people's roles and who the correct person would be to reach out to with questions. There was also an initial issue with locating a zelle'd payment, even though a similar earlier payment had been linked to my account with no issues. Had to call twice to nudge the team to look into it (this was a few months ago).

I took my vehicle in due to an auto accident, while the job was quick and efficient I was told originally my vehicle was going to be ready on a Thursday, it was not however They had it ready until the next Monday. Unfortunately for me they do not have anything to charge EV’s ( I was told they drove it for an a hour and half to calibrate ) so I was left with 8% battery to get home which was insane
