When I called, no one called back even when they said they would. Very poor communication overall. You had my car for over 3 weeks and I had no idea what was going on. I have always used Capitol and so has my dad and my sister. I always thought I would never go anywhere else. Now I wonder if you are just too busy to take on extensive repairs. The work you do is amazing. The communication is not

This was probably one of the best repair jobs I've had done. Not only did they repair the bumper as requested, but they repaired and cleaned both of my headlights which were working very poorly as well, without being asked. I think I will return again the next time I need a repair, even if it isn't covered completely by insurance. Thank you Capital Auto Body.
