Wasn’t impressed with the quality of work this time.

Was disappointed in the quality of the repair. Used an original part that was damaged and had to be replaced, drips in the paint, bubbles in the paint indicating particles were present. Might be small things but is almost brand new car and would expect better quality work. Hoses were not attached properly either. They had my car for over a week and then obviously didn’t give it a proper inspection before giving it back to me because we noticed all these things right away. Had to bring my car in for a half day to get everything corrected.

The passenger side rear quarter panel that was repaired and painted looks wonderful. They buffed out scratches on the front. Driver side, as well as possible without taking it off and being repainted. All in all, I am very satisfied with the work that was done and with the staff being attentive and getting my car back to me as quickly as possible.
